The new Thinline frame drum from Remo® is a revolutionary instrument. Rowan Storm and Remo have developed a unique frame drum with a narrow width. This allows for Rowan's symmetrical drumming technique which encourages the musician to develop both hands equally. It also helps strengthen the less dominant hand, enabling the player more freedom of expression. The narrow width of this new frame drum allow you to hold the drum equally in both hands. The Remo® Thinline Frame Drum comes equipped with a responsive Renaissance® fixed drumhead. The Remo® Thinline Frame Drum is both a training drum, accessible for beginners, and also a great practice drum for professionals.
The 14" model is a good all around size as it is big enough to provide some bottom end in a compact drum.
