Tar, 12", Goat, Red and Gold
This amazing little Tar frame drum has a big voice. Constructed of solid Mulberry wood and finished with red paint with gold flecking. Fitted with a hand selected fixed thin goat skin head, stretched tightly to achieve the higher pitch and ringing overtones of the Tar. This great Tar frame drum is very light at only 1lb, but the 3" frame depth produces solid doums and sharp teks. The thumb notch is rounded and smooth allowing for easy and comfortable holding of the drum.
This frame drum produces the natural warm tones unattainable with synthetic heads.
